Thought Field Therapy
TFT or Thought Field Therapy was discovered by Roger Callahan – one of California’s most distinguished and experienced Clinical Psychologists.
It works by gently finger tapping the body’s energy meridians at certain points on the upper body. This stimulates it to release the feelings of distress felt by people with fears, phobias, anxieties and much more.

Access Bars is an energetic body process involving gentle touching of 32 points on your head. These points – known as The Bars – store the electromagnetic component of the thoughts, ideas, attitudes, decisions and beliefs that you have ever had about anything; including such areas of your life as healing, body, control, awareness, creativity, ageing, money, hopes and dreams, sadness and joy and more.
When you receive a Bars session – known as having your Bars run – it allows the electrical charge on those areas to dissipate, giving you the choice to generate more and to have something different to show up in your life – with ease!

The treatment is very like having a Healing session, you relax on the couch (or chair if needs be) and enjoy an hour of peace, dozing is also allowed.
