How I work

As an experienced practitioner I have developed and grown my skills over the years.

Along-side my therapies I frequently include the following when relevant.

Flower Essences – gentle help for times when mentally or emotionally struggling.

Relaxation and stress management – as well as the hands on therapies I often introduce breathing, visualisation and positive language exercises.

Positive Balance – encouraging good posture.

Dowsing – often used as a tool to help tailor make your treatment programme and to determine which, if any, flower essences you would benefit from.

I also give Talks and demonstrations and having a stand at Health Shows is an enjoyable part of my work.

I also encourage the use of personal care and household products which do not contain potentially harmful ingredients/toxins.
I do not sell them – just pass on the information !


Appointments can be made :-

Monday – between 9.30 am and 4.30 pm
Tuesday – between 9.30 am and 4.30 pm
Wednesday - between 9.30 am and 4.30 pm

Evening appointments on those days are at 7.15 pm.

The front room of our home is my relaxing treatment room where clients come for their treatments as I do not offer home visits.
